happy new year anyway. '08 had been a roller-coaster ride of a year and it really just whizzed past thanks to O's. but again it had been such a happening one i never looked forward to embracing the new year like so soon. no reflections/resolutions here, all's etched in the depths of my heart already ha ha well anyhow, in this new year, i hope that people don't come and go as they please. i'm gonna live up to my promise too ha ha
right so i'm glad to have today dedicated to me myself & i @ home. there was like a marathon of activities ever since 4d3n class chalet. nah, ever since December actually.. and there's french tomorrow. recaps later
on a side note - i only just realised that our bus/train fares are no longer of student's prices. and i do not have the habit of tapping my card each time i alight from buses so can you imagine how much $ i've donated to SBS transit? so that day i deliberately dropped in 11 5cents hahahahah i think the driver wanted to slap me la.
& i believe most of you should have already heard 'bout the closure of cafe cartel @ raffles city right

cheers to us the jobless kids all over again. andrea and i barely worked for 2 months plz ha ha but apparently there's a story behind how we got hired. so i shouldn't be complaining la it's like... what's that emo phrase again?

4d3n class chalet - andrea & i took cartel's transport for the first time into aloha loyang. that night was quite an eye-opener for us haha! night cycling, bbq, ddr, kbox, talked to black on two of the nights till we both fell asleep. friend messaged me that Liverpool trashed Newcastle, 5-1 darn happy. checked out on the 4th day and had subway, then i had work at night. everywhere i went i saw Gerrard on the headlines. primary school gathering the next day, had dinner and went balling with felicia & chongrui in the night.
following day was new year's eve. i worked in the night and 13 of them came to dine!!!! i think i was abit rude to T they were like vivien too cool alr tmr no need to work liao haha but i couldn't help it when she kept bossing me around right. anyhow that was the night 2 of my colleagues secretly told me 'bout the sad news and i was really damn sian like superrrrrrr cause that meant that it was my last day working at rccc. which was also why i didn't join the rest at CQ for countdown but stayed at cartel instead. thanks for being so understanding, friends! even though i didn't tell you guys the reason then. i got to see fireworks right outside cartel it was so pretty. but, the company was different this year. jonathan came to look for me and we talked for awhile before i joined my cartel friends. i drank some vodka alcohol cause they told me it was ribena ahem. listened to gerard and yk tc like mad before taking cartel's transport home.

new year was well-spent with my family, and i went to kbox with felicia & chongrui the next day. teoheng and katong chicken rice with chenyin & chinyee ( sian that ziyun couldn't make it ) the following day. best ah i went to sing K thrice in this week. had to rush over to cartel in the night to tc with gerard yk and wenlue cause they kept emphasizing on "last day already" ha ha waited for andrea to knock off and we ate. aren treated us to urban bread pudding haha! shopped with black the morning after before meeting andrea to have lunch at cartel but we ended up getting free meals. last gathering before rccc's official closure. katong and parkway with sc the next day before we all left for shanna's huge house where i slept for an hour cause my eyes felt like they weighed a tonne.
my summary very nice right haha well, you know it's for memory's sake.
